During my stay, the grounds were mostly well-kept, but they could really use some maintenance as there were areas with tall grass and large ant mounds. I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were, and the activities offered were a nice touch for relaxation. However, I was disappointed with certain facilities, like the pool, which looked like it needed a bit of a facelift. Overall, it's a nice spot for a getaway, but some updates would really enhance the experience.

This campground has some real highlights and a couple of drawbacks. The location is fantastic for exploring the area, and the facilities are well-maintained, particularly the pool. However, the unexpected charges for visitors can be quite frustrating, and there are some cleanliness issues that need attention. Overall, it’s a decent place, but those extra fees can put a damper on your stay.

While I didn’t stay in traditional rooms, the sites were decent, but the new area had issues like dirt and mud and no shade.

My recent stay at the campground was a mix of beauty and frustration. On the positive side, the peaceful surroundings and stunning old trees really made my visit special. However, the lack of regular restroom cleaning was disappointing and detracted from the experience. Overall, the natural beauty and well-maintained trails stood out, but the restrooms need attention for a more enjoyable stay.

I stayed in a 30-amp site which, while older, was comfortable enough with water and sewer access. The shade from the large oak tree was a plus.

The laundry facilities worked well, and the trails were well-kept, but the restrooms were not cleaned often enough.

This campground offers a peaceful and beautiful environment filled with ancient trees and stunning hiking trails. The staff is incredibly accommodating, making sure our needs were met during our stay. However, the restrictions during our visit were a bit overbearing, and not all amenities were accessible. It felt more like a nature retreat than a typical RV park, making it a unique experience for outdoor enthusiasts.

We had a lovely experience at Colorado River RV Campground. The park is quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we loved the nice long trails around the area. However, there were some downsides, including the distance from activities for young children and the wet conditions during our visit.

The campground has nice trails and was well-kept, though it could use more shaded sites, especially during sunny weather.
